Mcdonald's - Dubuque

Do you use fresh beef in your restaurants? Because if not, the rare burger I was served tonight is going to be an issue. I highly doubt the meat you are serving is of quality enough to be served cooked To this temperature. Some major quality control needs to happen here.

Seriously the worst service inside drive thru is not bad but customer service SUCKS when you go inside no matter what time of day you go in and if you complain about your food they only put half on the sandwich and half in your bag Seruously done with this store. When they finally did bring out my order they gave it to another girl who left the store then came back with it and they expected me to take it with me after it had already left the store I made them remake it again and not one worker there would stop to talk to me or even try to make iContact they would walk the other way happens every time I go in there

This McDonald's in downtown Dubuque, IA, failed in nearly every way possible. Among other items, I ordered a Filet-o-Fish sandwich with extra American cheese, for which I paid a premium, and my wife ordered a Large Fries. Our order was for carry-out. My wife checked the bag before we left the store and found that the fries were not there. The manager got some for her. After leaving the store we discovered that the fries were, at best, lukewarm, and that my Filet-o-Fish did not have extra cheese and was lukewarm and soggy.

This location made us all sick, probably from the beef since that's what we all had in common. Based on other reviews I'm not surprised. Maybe avoid this place unless you like being stuck on a toilet later.

Had to get my rib fix and I can't believe they will no longer sell them. One of McDonald's best sandwich in my opinion. It was hot n the fries were hot n fresh also. Way to go
