We sampled all three vegan tacos along with a side of vegan street corn. The potato taco was our favorite, but all of them were incredibly tasty! We will definitely be coming back here again. And with a vegan ice cream option at the Ice Cream Cafe, it's truly the best combination!
The restaurant is nice, but I find it a bit pricey. Locals recommend the Namasta and Pot-head-Tacos, but I personally only enjoyed a few of the Pot-head-Taco. A meal of tacos and chips can cost around $15 and may not be very filling, so keep that in mind. The seating arrangement is a bit odd with only two tables inside, but there are some nice outdoor seats available. The customer service was okay, and the food was decent, although everything arrived cold, which was surprising. Overall, it's a decent option if you're in the area and struggling to find food on the Cape.
Had the pothead and Namaste Taco and they were delicious! The food was super tasteful. I also have an oreo and coconut vegan empanada, which was also delicious.
I had the Namaste taco and the Pot head taco, which were both great. The vegan Mexican Street corn was my favorite thing that I had—simple and delicious! The chips and guac/pico were also fantastic. The service was also excellent—we visited with our two young kids and the person working there was so kind to us. I would gladly give Joey’s 5 stars, but Happy Cow only allows 5 star reviews for places that are 100% began or vegetarian.
