Taco Bell - Elko

Stopped by for a quick bite. Food was food, service was okay too. The drinks were not carbonated and no ice either but didn't seem like they cared much

It's Taco Bell. Nothing amazing. However the service was great the crew of people working work hard to give you the best they can.

Son, I am disappoint. My Nachos BellGrande didn't come with the tomatoes and sour cream, and it took a really long time to get our order. And this location did not have any spoons.

Horrible service, waited (stuck) in line for an hour, the staff was so rude. The person working the window was standing around fidgeting with sauce packets instead of getting in and helping his crew members out. He handed us our drinks no straws. Then when we finally got our food I asked if there were straws in the bag and he said yes, well there wasn’t. Which in the long run is not a big deal. But I’d definitely consider some customer service training, or staffing more appropriately during heavy traffic times. Also we were missing a taco, the sour cream and lettuce in my chalupa were pretty much frozen they were so cold.

The food tasted over cooked and was greasy as ever! So I took it back, and there was a lady ahead of me complaining about her food, and two separate guys behind me with complaints as well! Not good!
