Red Lobster - Elmhurst

The host was very polite ,food was amazing the setting was right. Great place to dine

I was shocked with their food. All the food I had was salty. I thought they are more professional. I am very disappointed.

I am highly disappointed. The mashed potatoes must have been frozen because they were still cold also there wasn't focus on the presentation. I ate my meal and never received my lobster until finally I asked about it. Poor attention to detail. And to food was mediocre.

Poor and slow service, my table was shaking and I moved. Yet the restaurant staff let 2x more parties sit there who also wanted to be moved. The waiter never checked on me and I had to wave him over to get more attention.

An old time favorite of mine but hadn't been here in years. The host was attentive friendly and the food delicious. Was going to order a Rock lobster Shrimp Scampi but winded up getting the daily special of two Rock lobsters with two sides. Although it took 15 minutes to get change back for a $100 bill I gave to the waitress.
