Contribuer aux commentairesThey treated me exceptionally. The ladies were super friendly and very attentive. Not only did they explain to me how I should prepare the coffee, they pointed it to me to make sure that I didn't forget and that I could have the best experience with their coffee. They are very educated and informed. They're not just there to sell you coffee.
Phenomenal coffee! It's grown right here in Costa Rica. They offer several varieties and you'll want to try all of them. This is one of the few places where you can get Laurina, a variety that contains the lowest amount of caffeine. Of course they have geisha and many other great choices.
Best cappuccino in town, the downside was the wait...employees talking and talking and when you address it they look surprised.
Ideal place to have a good time with family or friends.
Lousy cappuccino. I paid ₡2600 for a specialty coffee to go that was scalding hot, the milk didn 't froth well, and the espresso wasn 't calibrated properly (they didn 't even let me know that my cappuccino was on the counter ready). I told them about my experience and the manager just made a face, they didn 't change my coffee nor were they interested in helping me (no refund). In the end I left and didn 't take the coffee with me. They had the experienced barista making sandwiches while the one with zero experience made my coffee... Bad start to be called a specialty coffee shop. The filtering was OK although they served me the coffee in one and threw away the rest that was left in the Chemex... also two of the girls at the bar were very grumpy (terrible customer service) except for the girl with short hair at the entrance who She was very cordial and attentive.
