Paystreak Brewing - Etna

I don't know what is going on with this brewery, first they never have any of their beer on tap, now they don't have any beer on tap, and they just have a couple diminishing cans and bottles of Coors light that are marked up to micro brewery prices. Second she had a kitchen which was never great but at least there was food. Now the kitchen is closed too. The hours on the door say 3-9pm Tuesday and Saturday. I went in on a Tuesday and there was a band setting up complete with lights and everything. The lady said the kitchen is closed and I'm like I'm here for the band and a beer. The owner says they are just rehearsing and we're not really open. Meanwhile 6 other people are in there with cans and bottles of beer. I just gave up and left I'm not going to force someone to sell me a **** can of beer.

One of the great burgers on the trail, their Saturday special was a bomb.

The burger here is FANTASTIC and the service is wonderful!

Food was mediocre. Mac and cheese was pretty terrible and the sandwich was equivalent to one you could make at home. The staff are all really nice and the beers are good, so that gets two stars at least.

I like their burgers. They should probably tell their employees to stop preaching that they're anti-mask though. Not a good look.
