Contribuer aux commentairesThe last time she delivered, she showed little effort in finding my apartment, but I overlooked it since my complex has two buildings and I instructed her to meet me at the front door. There was no smile or courtesy during the interaction. Today, she called me from a Wisconsin number. I typically don’t answer calls from unfamiliar area codes due to spam calls, and I was on an important call at the time. Once again, she didn’t make any effort to find my apartment herself and continued to call from the front desk. Eventually, the desk attendant managed to reach my wife, and I went downstairs to speak with the driver. When I explained why I hadn’t answered her call, she responded dismissively, saying, "Well, you picked up last time." I politely informed her that I don’t answer calls from random states. In contrast, another driver from the same location always texts and delivers to my door. This driver displayed a serious attitude problem and was extremely rude to a regular customer. If I were a first-time customer, her demeanor would have been a poor representation of the business, and I likely would never have ordered again. I understand that delivery can be a tough job, as I have worked in the food industry myself; however, it’s essential for adults to manage their emotions, especially when dealing with polite and apologetic customers. Her behavior was disappointing on both occasions. She really needs to improve her customer service skills or consider a different line of work. Despite this, we still tipped her $10 because I empathized with her to some degree. However, reflecting back, I realize she didn’t deserve a tip due to her unprofessional attitude, which could harm the business. I did call the location to voice my concerns, which is something I’ve never done before. The person I spoke with handled the situation very professionally, so I appreciate that. Nonetheless, Stone Hot remains fantastic overall!
We’ve been ordering take-out and delivery from this restaurant for 14 years, and we are huge fans of their pepperoni pizza! The food is consistently high quality and reasonably priced.
The pizza was delicious and the salad was enjoyable as well. However, the staff appeared to be a bit overwhelmed by the volume of orders. The pricing was reasonable, considering the size of the pizza. Unfortunately, it took some time to place our order, and when it arrived, it wasn't correct. The staff were polite and quickly rectified their mistake, but it did seem like they were understaffed during the lunchtime rush. I would return if I'm in the area again, as the food was good overall.
This afternoon, I decided to give Stone Hot Pizza a try, and I think it's the best pizza in town. The pizzas are fresh and homemade, and they also offer freshly baked bread. The sauce is made from homegrown tomatoes, which adds an incredible flavor. I'm planning to take my father there. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. There’s a wide selection of toppings to choose from, and the staff is attentive and friendly.
I give this restaurant 5 stars for their outstanding customer service, in addition to their delicious food! We've ordered from them multiple times and have always enjoyed our meals, but our most recent order truly highlighted their commitment to customer care. We ordered delivery, which included pizza and a salad. However, when the delivery arrived, only the pizza was there. I had forgotten about the salad, and the driver left before I remembered. Luckily, they had upgraded the size of one of the pizzas, so I didn't think much of it at the time. About 10 minutes later, out of the blue, the driver returned with our salad, offering heartfelt apologies and some baklava as a goodwill gesture. We really appreciated that, and we will definitely continue to order from them for their fantastic pizza!
