Best Bahn mi bread ever! 5-stars compared to all the other viet bakeries in Eden Center. Soft inside, crisp outside. Freezes well (alum foil). Crisps in toaster oven like 1st day you bought it. Buy more than you need that day. Bread so popular, bakery often runs out in morning on weekends, and you have to wait for pm batch. I make Italian and/or BahnMi sandwiches. Or just smear with yogurt butter, passion fruit jelly. Or top toasted bread with caviar or drizzle with white truffle oil. Texture is soft and airy.
