I've never got a hot burger from Fernley Burger King. Burger King is my favorite, but the one in Fernley is just cold and evil. One evening the interior was empty and we were the only car in the line. There were 3 or 4 workers inside and our food was freezing. Two thumbs.
After hours traveling through fernley, we needed a quick bite to eat, and because we are vegetarian, our options were limited. burger king from penny away was the best choice for our travel restrictions, but I was nervous to eat here after I had read bad reviews. we took the chance because we were hungry and limited, and we are grateful that we, because we had a wonderful warm meal that was very fresh! because we had a 40-foot trailer, we obviously did not fit through Drive-Thru, so our 7-year-old went up and I went up to the door that was locked. when she danced around to use the bathroom, the manager came to open the door for us. like all the others in this world, they were short, but were still ready to accommodate us because of our 40 foot pendants. the manager was very friendly, and the gentleman who took our order was very helpful to make sure that he had all our needs such as extra soned, potato beans, and she went over and beyond to even really great an impossible burger so that our daughter could have a special kinder meal." I should have asked all three their names so I can give them credit, and I am not regretting it because they were amazing! the dame cooked our meal to a t, the fries were made fresh, and our beaks were definitely satisfied! the cashier and I talked when we waited for our food, and he said that he had been there two weeks without a day! that really says a lot about its character, obviously super tired, but still on a smile and a chipper attitude to help my family. I mentioned the three of them that I was hesitant because the reviews were terrible in some sight, but was sure glad we came in! the manager mentioned that this burger king is under new management, and that is the reason. I just want to say many more thanks to the three of you, because friendly these days goes on long way!
