Contribuer aux commentairesHalf decent Burritos at times, consistently ingenious staff, but why is it always in vain? You can immediately tell about condensation on the front windows. The AC is so low, even the food comes cold. The ice dispenser at the well also needs badly clean.
I?ve never ate here before so decided to stop by. I walked in and checked out the menu. I asked the lady behind the counter what size burrito the person in front of me was getting? She said that was the monster size. So I said ?great I?ll take that?. So she ?Paige? said if I would like to sample any of the ingredients first I could. I thought that was nice! So I decided to get a monster size with cayenne flavored tortilla and steak and black beans and all the fixings. She put together a great tasting burrito ?. Very nice and helpful she was. Great first impression of the place. Burrito tasted great and I?ll definitely will be back again for another burrito! ???
Not worth the price or hype. They advertise showing these huge burritos. Went there and they skimp on the rice and meat.On top of that $2 for a tablespoon of Queso. What a rip off!! Will not be back. Spent more than $45. Could have got the same at Taco Bell for half the price! Update 7/11 Its been more than 3 weeks since I sent an email to the below email and no response. Just a waste of time.
Our first time ever Freebirds, we went into not really know what we get... Hudson, however, was patient and kind to help and guide us through our options. A total of 100/10 experience and we will definitely come back!
I feel that a star too much credit tbh, but there is not an option for zero. I didn't want to make this public, but the phone number online is not a Freebirds number and if I tried to submit my review on the Freebirds website, the send button would not work. Think. So here's my review. This is the worst service I've ever had at Lewisville Texas. We've been here for years. It took almost 30 minutes to order a Burrito and a Burrito shell. The food was cold until we finished. Had to wait 15 minutes. The staff was not friendly and seemed more interested in talking to each other than the customer. Had asked us about our phone number, so I would like to submit my receipt and make use of my rewards. Didn't our receipt offer us that we have the cash pressure after the fact that she gave us an annoying look and told us only a good day after we told her that. I didn't see a smile on me or my husband's whole experience. We have our food so we can go home and heat it up. Picture of the entry as proof of purchase with date and time.
