Mcdonald's - Franklin

I thought this place was great! Our food was hot and the staff was very dirty. I sometimes know that people don't get exactly what they ordered, but sometimes this happens so relax and just ask how you wanted it. I was very impressed by the indoor playground! Very clean and safe for the children. I recommend this McDonald's! Thanks for the great service! laurel

It was nice that I was good. I have a mcdouble a mc chicken and pommes and they were all on the point.

This McDonald's has recently been remodeled, and is state-of-the-art. I ordered and paid at one of the four touch screens. An employee came by when I first came in and asked if I needed any help, which I didn't. I took a numbered table marker, sat down in a comfy upholstered chair next to a window, and waited a couple minutes, and a server brought my food: an egg biscuit and bottled orange juice. The food was good, and I read my book while eating. Successful experience!

I was on my way and heard that McDonald's sells more coffee than Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks, so I decided to give it a try. I had a caramel mocha, and it was fantastic. The service was excellent as well. I can’t remember the name of the cashier, but she was wonderful—friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very positive experience!

The food here is quite good, but the wait was a bit long—around 45 minutes. Overall, not bad!
