Baskin-robbins - Frederick

I went to her location last night in frederick, and the girl behind the ice rink asked what I wanted, and when we told them what we wanted, she then began to talk to another worker. that went on for 2 minutes and then she finally looked at us and said what you like. I told her I already told her what I wanted. if they want to have children work on an ice-cream place, they should at least be respectful to the customers who pay their sons.

This is a review of the Baskin Robins in Westview Plaza in Frederick MD. I 've loved their icecream since my first icecream cake on my 5th birthday back in 1967. This experience was a supreme disappointment. The icecream was mislabeled, the employee was not helpful in any way. When I asked any question, she would say I don 't know . I 'm confused. When I was a first job employee, I was ALWAYS told, if I didn 't know an answer to a customer question, you 'd say I don 't know, but I will find out . Shameful!

Usually great but the past couple times I've gone they've given me the wrong flavor :

I’m doing deliveries for Postmates, I get a decent order in for Baskin Robbins, I show up and am in the store by 9pm. Yes it’s 858. But that’s not 9. I tell the cashier the order (young guy) he says he needs to go in the back to check for toppings that the customer has requested. Comes back a minute later to then tell me that they are closed and he can’t make the order. I tell him, I was in the store by 9 he says “I’ve got stuff to do at home, I don’t wanna stay here” what a great employee to delay and then request that he doesn’t want to serve his customer. I don’t post reviews a lot, but that’s some customer dissatisfaction if I’ve ever seen it. If you don’t wanna work, don’t work, but don’t refuse a paying customer.

The girl who visited me was very rude. Thank you, but no thanks.
