Panera Bread Urbana Pike - Frederick

The food was good as uual. Itss just the presentation... every time I order, they just threw a baguette in the bag with one napkin. Do better please! I think I deserve a small paper bag for my baguettes, and 2 nap at least.

I loved the strawberry banana smoothie and the bacon scrambled egg and cheese brioche.

Has not understood the thing correctly, but they are bent backwards to quickly correct it and make our experience as perfect as possible. I think that should earn a 5-star rating anywhere. love panera... and you're getting toooo

This Panera is awfully filthy.Not just one area but the entire seating area. I can tell there is no attention to deep cleaning let alone regular. I mentioned to the manager on duty and he sent a coworker which was very polite to clean and she just wiped tables. The floors were left gross. The Flatbread is my usual and this location managed to hand me something I didn't recognize. The cheese was cold and not fully melted. I'm disappointed. I planned on working for a couple hours before meeting up with family and this overall experience is off putting. Panera usually offers a comfortable environment for me.

Apparently they don’t honor special instructions. I asked for something specifically in the instructions at the register and it wasn’t honored. I mentioned it to the lady who gave me my food and she gave me an attitude. Being nice and following requests goes a long way!
