They give you the option to have coffee or other drinks if you don't want to have tea. The attention of the wets is excellent. We had gone to celebrate my mom's birthday, and they gave her a slice of cake. The price per person is $850, but it is worth paying, it is not an excessive price for the quality and quantity they offer.
Tea House visited by Princess LADY DI, served by its owners. Very nice exterior and interior ornamentation. You can go for tea or just go buy your handmade candy or buy your cakes. If you decide to have tea my recommendation is that if it is 2 or not more than 4, you can have a table available after a few minutes of waiting. If they go unreserved and are more than 4, they'll be complicated. There are contingents that go on pre-reservation. If you have decided to go and have tea make a reservation if you can. We were only 4 and a baby and the wait was 40'. They are aware that: Consumption is mandatory for admission. Tea is free, other infusions are at extra cost and in order to access the living room, only the value of $500 (to think about it); minors under that age do not pay. And to accompany you offer, several cakes, Welsh cake, scones and homemade bread with butter. The place is picturesque, very cute.
Very nice place. The park you have is wonderful, ideal to enjoy in spring, full of flowers and beautiful bushes. The interior of the tea house is delicately cared for in every detail. Food's pretty good. Welsh cake doesn't stand out, but the rest of the food, yeah. The mozas are very attentive, they are at all times at the disposal of the client, of very good humor and with a very cordial treatment. Ideal for a good time having tea and eating rich things.
Classical excellence service. All exquisite cakes. February 2020, the cost per person is $900. You can have tea from 14am, you should not have lunch and go to take this service directly. Every detail is contemplated, even the bathrooms are elegant. The house pays tribute to the illustrious visit that gave it international fame.
We went with my husband at 14:00, opening hours. The menu is fixed, $600 per person. We were in doubt since it is not cheap, and being two people, 1200 seemed somewhat elevated to a “merienda” or a “tecite with cake”. I can say that the people of Ty Te Caerdydd showed us that the experience is worth every penny! Reality dispute! The service is excellent, from the quality of cakes, tea, crumb sandwiches and jams to the attention to the detail of the lady who attended us. Impeccable the cleaning of the bathrooms, and the establishment in general. The park is very well decorated and maintained. And regional and Tortas products houses have very good prices. We bought several Welsh cakes and all our relatives were very satisfied. Clearly we didn't get to finish everything that served us so, what was left, very kindly wrapped it up, we took it home and had breakfast the next day. It's worth it!
