The best waffle that I've ever had! It was to die for. The texture of the waffle. The brightness of the berry compote. The sweetness of the lemon mascarpone.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are all so friendly and happy, the service is fantastic even during really busy times and the food is just gorgeous! Great variety and so tasty. Can’t recommend 56 Central highly enough. Top notch so centrally located!
