The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, and for those who love Sheesha (I am one of them), I must say I had the best hookah in a long time. The prices are reasonable, and it's a great place to party on Saturday nights.
Zai is a quintessential western bar in the GK-2 market. the place is complete with two etagens and two bars. the ground floor has a VIP area that can also be converted into a stage for live performances. the first floor is totally to celebrate and has a very relaxed mood. the quantity is diverse and the best part is the background music. they play everything from land to rock. the place bay an eclectic mixture of maintenance that draws a quantity of quantity. I come to the drinks I love, what they have made with the martini’s and drinks. from litchi martini to 007Bond martini they have everything. litchi martini had rose leaves, while 007 was beautifully cured to give this effect and color. the star of the cocktails was the summer of’69. this is a rum-based drink with pieces of orange and lemon, orange juice is the perfect durst quencher. even the cocksuckers let me try the zai twist without a speech. it has fresh orange, pfirsich syrup, cranberry juice and limette silk. that was a very refreshing cocktail. they have a menu with several kitchens and a new menu is also started. in the starters we tried the non veg tandoori plate and mutton galouti. the non veg tandoori platter had all my favorites, delicious murg malai tikka, soft and juicy huhn tikka, zender mutton searchh kebabs and srumptious fish tikka. mutton galouti was served in a prantha with minze chutney and fresh salad was absolutely delicious in taste. for the main course we went with chinese, although they were a pretty good sort in oriental as well. to my surprise was even amazing. in the rule in multi-kitchen restaurants a kitchen always overtakes the other, but this place has proved that wrong. So we had chicken hakka noodles with kung pao chicken. noodles were perfect with generous amount of huh in it. kung pao was excellently made with huh and covered with nuts. it was spicy, slightly sweet and incredibly delicious. we finished our meal with the good old chocolate brownie with ice cream with chocolate sauce. the brownie was soft, spongy and fresh and was served in martini glass. Overall, this place has a very typical vibe and is the perfect place for party and good eating.
The restaurant is a great spot for dining and enjoying drinks, with a pleasant ambiance. However, the music is too loud and disrupts conversations among diners. The lighting is also too dim and could be brighter. They had to create makeshift seating arrangements for larger groups by moving furniture around.
This restaurant serves generous portions and plays enjoyable music with all the favorite tracks each time you visit. It has a nostalgic charm that will remind you of days gone by.
