Sonic Drive-in - Godley

We keep getting our orders wrong every time we visit! The drive-thru wait is extremely long; our last visit took 45 minutes. We often have to drive to Cresson just to get accurate and timely orders. Service: Takeout Meal Type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5

Absolutely appalling! I was eating during my shift in between calls and I'm so thankful I actually looked at the sandwich! How can you cook a fly into it and not even notice? This location should seriously be embarrassed! Thankfully, I haven't had issues with previous orders, aside from getting a small when I ordered a medium and being charged for the larger size, which I let slide... but this is completely unacceptable. Service: Takeout.

It appears that nothing has improved since this restaurant first opened. They still struggle to get orders correct, and there is a noticeable lack of pride in the food preparation. I'm not sure what management is doing, but if your staff isn't meeting expectations, it's time to retrain them or consider letting them go. Despite numerous complaints about incorrect orders and poor food quality, nothing seems to change. I anticipate receiving a generic automated response saying, "I'm sorry you're not satisfied with your service; please call this number to voice your concerns." Maybe we should all take that step; perhaps if enough of us did, the restaurant would be compelled to improve.
