Dairy Queen (treat) - Greater Sudbury

Slow service. They close the inside way earlier than the drive thru so we were told we could walk through the drive thru because we were on foot. My kids each had a gift card so they wanted to get ice cream with it. Ordered our stuff. Handed them the gift cards. They accepted them and then the shift supervisor handed 4 of them back and said we don’t take gift cards at the drive thru so we will just accept one and then you can come back tomorrow inside and use the rest of them…Because apparently they can accept multiples inside but not through the drive thru…? Make it make sense

Always very busy, the product is good but this location doesn't use the app/payment through the app.

Good location and friendly staff but the parking lot is ridiculous. Be careful in the drive-thru as it's full of massive potholes the drive-thru from the Harveys next door empties directly into the DQ line-up.

Came by on Friday and wow! The lines were huge, they were obviously slammed. I ended up having to go in to order cause the line was to the road.Regardless of how busy and slammed they were; the staff were all extremely friendly, even an older gentleman who I really should've gotten the name of considering he took my order (3 chilli cheese hot dogs, mothers day cake, and a soft serve ice cream).While waiting for our order you could hear how great the staff were at communicating!This franchise location surely knows how to train their staff, and it really shows! Definitely only going to this location from this point forward! Highly recommend!

The ice cream tastes odd at this location not very rich or creamy. Something is not right here.
