Applebee's Grill - Greshamville

Stopped in for dinner with the family while on a road trip, food was enjoyable though portion sizes seemed a little small compared to other Applebee's we have stopped at. Other than that the service was excellent and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing after a full day of driving.

Food wasn't hot and fresh, (French fries tasted old and stale) Waitress had a poor attitude and the resturant stank like it had been flooded or mopped with dirty mop water. Management should address these issues.

Came in had to sit myself waited 5 minutes till the person serving drinks came and asked bout our order still havent seen our server but claim to be busy for somebody to come sit us plus to serve us n take our order after we sat ourselves the kind lady took our order after waiting 30 more

Took a lil while before we got our drinks but then I realized they only had one waitress working our whole side. Food was OK but the fish was over battered. I waited 10 minutes to get my receipt and eventually I had to go to the bar to get it. Restaurant needs updating to be in Madison.

Went in. Asked for a table for two and was seated with a single word from the staff member. Waited 15 minutes without anyone coming by our table but staff interacted with numerous customers as well as seating others arriving after us. We left for another restaurant.
