Bar Italia - Grünwald

I went to the restaurant about 2-3 weeks ago and ordered spaghetti Napoli and a small salad to take along during the waiting period I put myself in (with the mask) and waited, after 45 minutes I asked how long it would take then the waiter said 15-20 minutes still what took me too long and I no longer wanted. I asked him to cancel the order, I got no answer but an unharmed hand movement and he went past me. Then I left. Today I'm scheduled for lunch in the same restaurant and the waiter says to my accompaniment in Italian, we'd only be allowed to eat if he would pay the spaghetti and the salad from the last time. I told the waiter that he shouldn't tell anything wrong that I died and left. The boss came and insulted me and told me to have an invoice open, even though I didn't get any food. He and his daughter cried out across the terrace in front of all the guests, crawled me, smacked me out and told me I would not have paid for the last time. I stood under shock as I was freshly operating with the bandage in front of him and he came very close to me with his hand, I warned him and said I was operating, he said MIR SCHEISS EGAL I don't know what I find worse about the whole situation that he was kicking me before my accompaniment and all the other guests, or that he wanted to put something under it, he was trying to stand out on me! His daughter violated my reputation, insulted me, and wanted to get rid of me. I KNOW SO ETWAS SCREAMING IN MY LIFE NOW OR REALLY!! A OUR CONTENTS! He could have talked to me that he didn't think I left. But that also does not give him the right to deal with me like this. I'm a guest and I decide where it's worth waiting for more than an hour for a few spaghetti and a salad and where not. What I want to report is: They wore no mask 2-3 weeks ago. [MASKEN PHONE DOOR] The daughter standing behind the counter and constantly went to the kitchen had a dog in hand, I like animals but they do not belong in the kitchen!!! This is UNHYGIENISCH and not for allergy sufferers!! In my opinion, a host (gastronome) has to be professional and friendly. I don't have any problems with these people, so I went to the offer of my accompaniment and wanted to give the restaurant another chance. (What I have to regret now) I've got BEWEISE for every moment.

It was more often and always impressed. If you want to spend a nice evening, definitely in the bar Italia Grünwald!

Bar Italia is my favorite Italian for sooo many years. Absolutely delicious, very good service, fast, fancy and delicious cuisine! Always an ear for the special wishes of my son (penn instead of spaghetti, extra butter etc. and overall also very family-friendly!
