KFC - Guildford

KFC in Woking has a nice new look after the renovation, but I didn't appreciate some of the still offensive signage. The self-serving counters are a great addition, although the number of combinations could be better recognized. Overall, it was a good experience. I'm giving it 4 stars, but it would have been 5 if the front door had been clearly marked when using the new entrance.

The staff at this restaurant is always helpful and polite! However, they are often faced with impatient and rude customers due to the lively and diverse location. Despite this, the staff handles the situation well. The Kentucky Fried Chicken at this location tastes just as good as it always has. The gravy is particularly delicious and not watered down like at other places.

The service was slow in bringing out the food. I only ordered a snackbox, but it took 10 minutes to receive my order. However, the food was still hot when I finally received it.

As always eating is great, but they need to check the original picking order. 4 times in succession they have made my order wrong.

Spur of the moment decision. No queue know why ! For nearly 8 of your English pounds 3 not easily identifiable pieces of chicken poor quality pieces broken bones etc a manky portion of chips and a fizzy drink . The coating on the chicken is not what I remember. The very small portion of poor quality chips off cuts and rejects were over coated in some spicy flavour . The drinks ‘bar’ had two taps for Pepsi max . They offered NO sugared option like Coke or Pepsi . No pepper sachet ! Overpriced rubbish never again
