The best food at downtown Hackettstown,I came a lot of time and still TOPO is my favorite restaurant,best pho I’ve ever had, highly recommended Vegetarian options: There’s a lot of vegetarian choices too Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I've been going to Topo for a few years now this was my 1st negative experience. They've cut down on their portions of Appetizer but not the price.....The Hanoi Burger was so overcooked it was similar to a small hockey puck w/plastic burn cheese. When I asked for the Taro Chips that came w/it the Waiter brought me back a small bowl w/about 10 Chips in it. I was shocked at the slow service, the overcooked meal the sudden change in portion size. I luv Topo Pandam Room but waa definitely disappointed today
