Binbrook Grill - Hamilton

This restaurant is a fantastic place to eat! The food and menu are both amazing. The decor is stylish and sophisticated. You have to try this place out!

We started with the short rib flatbread and brussel sprouts. Both were excellent. Entree’s we’re prime rib and fish and chips. The fish and chips were very good. The prime rib was just ok. It could’ve used more seasonings. It was a bit bland. The vegetables were seasoned nicely. The Yorkshire pudding was cold. It was like it was forgotten about and they hastily threw it on the griddle to warm up, but not long enough as it was still refrigerator cold. One of our friends at our table also had the prime rib and his yorky was cold too. We’d definitely go back as the other food and service was very good, just not for the prime rib.

What a surprise gem! We came here with a group of seven people and sat on the patio. Out server was so friendly and the patio is really nice. Everyone really enjoyed their meals too. Can't wait to come back.

I ordered food from this restaurant for pickup at 7:45pm, but was told it was written down for 8pm pickup. Unfortunately, my food did not arrive until 8:15pm and some items were missing from my order. However, Kelly, who I believe is the owner/manager, called me to apologize and offered a credit for my experience. This gesture was enough to change my review from a 2-star to a 5-star rating. It is rare to see a restaurant take responsibility for mistakes and provide excellent service afterwards. The food was also delicious. Thank you, Kelly, for your call and kind gesture. I truly appreciate it!

Went in for Lunch on a Saturday. Glad we did. Everyone in our group was happy with what they ordered. The lady who served us did a great job.
