Contribuer aux commentairesIt is evening of September 25th, 2023, and I arrived at Sheetz at 6:57 pm to order two milkshakes. After waiting for 28 minutes, along with another customer who had been waiting before me, we both received our shakes. Unfortunately, the shakes were not made correctly and the other customer left in frustration. This particular Sheetz location is the slowest and most poorly managed one I have ever been to. Every time I visit, there are paper towels on the floor to cover spills and around the cooler holding fruits and pre-made sandwiches. The beverage coolers are often not stocked. The store only has one restroom, causing a line to form in front of the entrance, making it difficult for customers to enter or exit. The only positive aspect I can mention is that the employees are always polite. Perhaps if the store were larger and had more staff working each shift, some of these issues could be resolved.
The restaurant always has a clean bathroom to use when you stop for gas.
You can expect to wait an exorbitant amount of time for your food and drinks at this restaurant.
This place always has a ridiculous line for the bathroom. There is one stall.
I just witnessed the coolest thing at Sheetz in Hancock. When I approached the store an associate was holding the door open for someone. Natasha a second store associate was walking and elderly woman with mobility issues out to her car. That's not just good customer service that's about being a good human!
