Tim Hortons - Hanover

Going inside service was quick. Coffee and donuts were excellent. Staff was friendly. Restaurant and washrooms were clean.

I ordered 15 dozen dounuts for an event and when I got there, they were all boxed up waiting for me and they even helped me carry them out.

Thank you Timmies for once again questioning the value of going to your location while under rennovation. Drive thru the only option so it is a long wait as everything is coming out the drive thru and some sandwiches or orders take time. Also trailers are in the drive thru as they have no other choice, trailers not usually allowed. You really never have coffee in your coffee a you have the weakest dark roast at your location, Walkerton does it so much better. Today my xl coffee for $2.20 was only half full and since your store is innaccessable due to construction there was no recourse unless I wanted to line up a 2nd time. Thanks for taking a great business idea and wasting it.

Not sure if it is a mistake on Tim Horton 's part, but maybe they should stick to what they do best, cos for sure this 'extended menu ' is not doing them any favours!! Always a long wait once the order has been placed. Sometimes have been given the wrong items! Staff (very young, high turnover) are so slow! The food is mediocre, and certainly NOT like the pictures shown on tv, or the billboard ads. Cleanliness? A lot to be desired! Certainly not as good as it used to be. A clean mop would be good here!!!! It is a place I use as a last resort these days!!! It used to be everyone 's place of choice. C 'mon Timmy 's get your act together !!!!!

This is one of the better run Timmies around imo. They do a good job keeping the lines moving the best that they can. Food is up to par with all the other chains. The fast service though is what this place has going for it. Friendly staff as well.
