Adil Spice Tandoori - Havering

After many excellent quality takeaways from Adil something is now clearly wrong. The order was taken by a member of staff who was rude and clearly had no time for the customer. He did not listen to the order (which he got wrong) and initially refused to give the price (a simple request). The food arrived on time. (Positive) The food was hot. (Positive) Three (different dishes) were the same colour, tasted the same and contained very little meat. (Bland and very poor low quality). Three rice dishes were ordered, two were delivered. Four poppadoms were ordered, two were delivered. The vegetable Parthia was a container of mush and was NOT Parthia. The Aloo Gobi and Bombay Potatoes were bland and containers of mushy potatoes. When telephoning the manager in order to complain I was told to phone the chef as he (the chef) would not believe the manager! Avoid this place it is not what it was. There is no recourse to the appalling low quality food.

We always order the same thing, are always recognised by voice and food is always piping hot and perfectly cooked. Reasonably priced and fast delivery. Best food for miles around.

I love Indian but must admit I have never eaten at the Resturant but I always order a delivery take away... alway polite on the phone, I don't not even give my address as my voice is recognized... Food is alway at its best and would highly recommend this place, one day I will shock this Resturant by having a meal there... 10/10

We regularly have a takeaway, and always find them tasty and spicy, great service as well. We recommend the Chicken Dhansak and Pathia. Nice to get some poppadoms, salad and dips with the order always fresh.
