Cast Cafe - Helston

I had a delicious lentil tabbouleh salad with roasted seasonal vegetables (fennel and snap peas) topped with an almond and lemon dressing at this restaurant. They typically serve it with halloumi, but the staff kindly offered to swap it out for fried mushrooms. The vegan cake options were plentiful, and we enjoyed ginger, chocolate chip, and miso cookies. Our waitress was very helpful in finding vegan wine options, and my husband and son enjoyed the house-made cola. Booking online is simple and highly recommended.

This cafe offers a diverse selection of fresh food that can easily be made vegan. The location is fantastic and the music and staff are great. I highly recommend paying a visit to this cafe.

Without doubt the best eating in helston. imaginative menu, beautifully presented kitchen, large but limited weinlist. the new outside seats make it even safer in the pandemic. friendly staff. you have to go.

We stopped there for breakfast and it was very delicious. sourded brot with buds, mushrooms, tomatoes and a delicious coffee. very recommended place to eat.

Eating was amazing here we have the crab arancini and suppe of the day that were both delicious! not to mention their amazing coffee desserts. the service was also top notch. will definitely come here next time I'm in helston.
