Hippo Burgers - Humble

These burgers are one of my favorites in Houston. And if your looking for a tasty grilled chicken they offer that also. Been pretty consistent since I've been going.

I ordered a strawberry shake size medium when I received it I didn?t like it one bit. Had barely any flavor taste like straight milk. so I asked if he could swap it out for a different shake and told me no I would have to pay for another one. I think that?s very unprofessional, because I literally only took one sip.

After work I decided to try a new place my friend Samone recommended Hippo Burgers. There are four locations located off 59N. I went to the one off Wilson Rd. It's very spacious but, simple. Lots of different Hippo Burgers to choose from. I went with the Avocado Burger. Good flavor, big patty that's well cooked, grilled onions, guacamole and tomato. They recommended the Cajun fries which had lots of flavor. I recommend the Jalapeño Ketchup. The drink station offers Pepsi products and flavored soda like orange crush. Two big screen tv's showing movies, lots of Booths tables. Worth the stop to enjoy a Good Burger. I will be back!????????

Nice find in Humble area. Random stop since we were in the area. We are from Clear Lake area and we never seen this place by us. Glad we stopped here. I had the #6 Mushroom Burger with sweet potato fries and Med Strawberry shake. All was very tasty. The burger perfectly cooked. The sweet potatoes fries on point. The shake was delicious. Place very clean and service was nice. Definitely if you are in the area I recommend you stop and give them a try.

Very good customer service. The food was great. I got the hippo cheese burger and cheese fries. Decently priced too. One of the best places I ate when I was in Houston.
