Mcdonald's - Humble

If I could give zero stars I would. On 4/2/24 I went through drive and placed an order. I was told to pull up because my order wasn’t ready when I got to the window. They gave my order to the wrong car and once they realized it they came and got the order back (mind you the customers had already started eating fries from the bag I watched them). Once the worker retrieved the bag back (my order) she went inside to let them know what happened and the manager told her it’s ok just take it to the right car. I was livid, that’s the most disgusting thing ever. Everyone including the store manager who I spoke with this morning 4/3/24 acted as if it was no big deal. That shouldn’t have never happened to anyone. I can’t imagine what they do behind closed doors.

They dont want to honor my military discount !!
