Vinoteka 46 - Huntington

We ordered a couple of tapas plates and it was ridiculous how the food portion came out. 17 bucks for croatian specialty cevapi dish, 3 small meat pieces. We have been to many croatian restaurants and never experienced this kind of quality and portion for the price! We all left very hungry. Burek was also very dry and tiniest burek we've seen for 17 bucks.

Great place to enjoy cocktail and food in Huntington Villlage. I recommend lollipop lamb chops. Live music was enjoyable. Owner is very nice, cares about his customers. I highly recommend this place!!

My wife and I were planning to be in Huntington L.I. last week, the town where my wife grew up. We looked over the recent Restaurant Week offerings for that area and spotted ViNoTEKA 46, a restaurant we did not know, but were so glad we were able to get a reservation on Saturday night. Two of the dishes we were interested in that were on the special week menu, were also listed under small plates, the Wild Mushroom Ravioli and Cevapi (Croation Sausages). We opted to add another plate, the not so small potato gnocchi, and a beet salad, forgoing the dessert course that seems to be the main cost saving enticement of all Restaurant Week menus. Each of the dishes we had were delicious with wonderful mellow sauces on the ravioli and gnocchi, a tasty grilled sausage and fresh beet salad. A major purpose for Restaurant Week has been to help diners discover restaurants that they weren 't aware of previously, our discovering ViNoTEKA 46 has reinforced that purpose, a place we will certainly return to and one we have already recommended to friends. The service we experienced was competent, pleasant and efficient in this casual attractive, yet somewhat noisy, restaurant.

Service was great. Food was delicious and serried in a timely manner. Recommend angus sliders, spinach and cheese phyllo and the beet salad was amazing. Good wine selection.
