Rosati's Pizza - Illinois

You know I hate to do this to Brian but we have ordered from Rosatis for the last time. Once before we ordered a pizza the delivery driver took our pizza and did God knows what with it (set for a pick up not delivery) then we had to wait over an hr for them to remake the pizza then only gave us 1/2 off our next order. They should have refunded us for the original pizza. Then this order was for my bday.. well the pizza tasted like cardboard the ribs where great but we ordered the dessert nuggets … – show

Best Rosati's in the area! They get your order right, have it ready fast, and it's not dripping with grease. I wish the rest of the locations were this good.

Had a salad and a beef sandwich, gentleman was really good. So was the food

Felt very rushed when placing phone order, what we got for boneless chicken wings not worth price (4 true chunks and tiny pieces for supposed 2) and never had a pizza with diced onions, could hardly tell what side it was on pretty disappointed, would add pic if I could attach

We had called ahead to Make sure they even had dine- in available and were told it was a 45 minute wait for any food. We tried one other pizza place on way to Richmond and just decided to go. No wait to be seated, had our order taken right away by the manager, and had pizza within 25 minutes. Found out later, if you ordered sandwich or salads that was 45 minutes because they only had one cook on that line, but we were able to seat n eat abs back on road in an hour with Pizza.
