Panera Bread - Indian Land

I ordered the mac and cheese bowl terrible never again the floor was dirty and we had to clean the table ourselves i will never be back

Trying to understand why I place an order to be ready online but I have to go to the drive-through and wait 10 minutes to pick it up. Some thing about this Panera just really seems unorganized and poorly managed.

Everytime im here my order is messed up or cold would rather drive 30 min to the matthews location such a disgrace

So I went in around 8:45 to get my online order and automatically was disgusted with the service. The lady who checked me out was rude and acted like she didn’t want to service me. And yes I’m going to assume because I’m black! She then overcharged me for coffee and thought it was funny. Rock hill Panera bread is nothing like this and I won’t be going back to this racist establishmentDietary restrictions: I have nothing nice to say

I wish I had kept count of how many times you're out of the bread for Chicken Chipotle sandwich. At least every 3rd time I order it. Don't understand.
