I ordered it, but when it arrived, I found it to be a bit mushy with a bean-like flavor, not like the Impossible burgers I have had before. I asked how they were able to get Impossible burgers in Turkey, only to find out that they actually made the patty from black beans in their own kitchen. They simply called it Impossible without understanding what that meant. Despite this mix-up, the burger was decent. It could have been warmer and less mushy, but the addition of onions gave it a nice sweet flavor. I was pleased to see vegan options on their menu, including vegan cheese as a topping for the burger, so I would give them 3 stars.
The appetizers (especially the Cretan paste and muhammara) and pumpkin fritters are incredibly delicious. The atmosphere is very nice, small but not cramped.
The ambiance of the place is also very good. I really liked the music playing. It's small but extremely enjoyable. As the night goes on, it turns into a fun place, and before that, it's possible to eat and drink something. The cocktails were also quite good. A must-visit place. It is essential to make a reservation for the weekend, otherwise finding a place is impossible.
This is a nice spot for a transition. It's the perfect Markus time before heading to the club after a meal. There is a cocktail bar. I don't drink alcohol, but the crowd is great, and you can have fun even if you go alone. I love the atmosphere outside the door. It has a nice energy, they are constantly calling you to come join the Markus vibe. Go, hang out.
I was intrigued to try this restaurant because their menu featured an Impossible Burger, something not commonly found in Turkey. I ordered it, but was disappointed to find that it had a bean-like taste and wasn't like the Impossible Burger I had tried before. It turns out that the patty was made from black beans in their own kitchen and was not actually Impossible meat. Despite the misleading marketing, it was a decent burger, although it could have been warmer and less muddy. There was a pleasant sweet taste to it though. I appreciated that they had a few other vegan options on their menu, including vegan cheese as an option for the burger. Overall, I would give them 3 stars.
