I counted 8 employees. the manager looks at the lobby to see if it was clean so a young lady could go. when I first went to the guy who was driving, the only one who said hello. No one told me we were right with you or something. Nobody even made eye contact. I was 5 minutes in the lobby.
This arby was fast! After I paid for my order, they gave me that. I didn't have to wait for what is wonderful when you look at most of the time for fast eating, you have to wait long to get their order. they weren't really busy either, so it was my first time at this place, and I have to say that they're pretty good?
They changed out their staff and now the service is horrible. They gave my friend cold fries and when she asked the manager for some hotter ones, the manager touched the fries container and said Mam, these fries are not cold! We were shocked at her rude response. (This is a manager! She eventually gave us a larger container of the same cold fries. Which we ended up throwing away. Wow, thanks. Another time I ordered a French dip sandwich and the au jus sauce was ice cold. So yeah, a rude manager and cold food.
This is the third time (at least) that this location has screwed up my order. I know, I know, why do I keep returning? It's on my way home. But I will NEVER stop here again. The order was once again wrong and unsatisfactory. Wrong fries, fries container not even half filled, no napkins, no straws, fish was over cooked. I did not receive a receipt at the drive-thru window and it was not in my bag. I had to check my bank card app to check the charge was correct. I like Arby's food but the service and attention to detail is terrible at this location. Recommend to check everything you order before you leave to make sure it is correct. It's not difficult, it's just a fast food restaurant. The problem is apathy and no supervision and poor management. The second is only because the milk shakes were good.
Unfortunately I can not give five stars because the restroom was out of paper towels so my hands were wet for awhile. Other than that, it was a good experience. The young man who took my order was very polite and friendly and they got my whole order correct. The service was also moving very fast inside so I did not have to wait long for my order to be ready. Hopefully I can give five stars next time.
