It was a pleasure, we were received by the restaurant manager Hubert. We were invited throughout the buffet. Hubert has complete control over the menu and the place. He is overqualified for the place but the place benefits from him, in a positive way. But don't visit the place for sushi and in my opinion they should stay far away from that..
