Always the best doughnuts! Bristol needs a store here, I'm sure it would do great business. You can't beat Krispy Kreme!
Long wait at inside counter. Be prepared to be specific and watch staff. I asked for Bavarian Creme and the staff member grabbed the KK instead, I had to correct her, perhaps she didn 't know there is a distinct difference between the two. Silly of me to expect staff to know about the products they are dealing with! ?Also be prepared to pay a ridiculous amount of ? for what amount to mediocre at best. The cinnamon roll was raw in the middle. And the filled donuts were not filled .This was the first and last time I will opt for KK when there are plenty of other, better quality and more reasonably priced donut shops in the Johnson City area.I wanted to reward KK for all the free vaccination donuts I had during the pandemic, but I now understand what a marketing ploy that was intended to be.If you enjoy being made to wait for a mediocre donut experience KK in Johnson City won 't disappoint you.
Stopped in here a few days ago. Got some plain glazed donuts while the hot and fresh light was on. They were a little bit of heaven !! If I go by and that light is on... Oh my!! Love Krispy Kreme !!
Located on the corner, you can see the Hot donuts now! sign a good distance away when it 's lit. Parking is plentiful, with handicapped spaces near the door, but they are across the travel lane for the drive through. The two spaces closest to the door are not handicapped. It 's hard to find anything bad to say about the product. If you have not had the donuts, you need to add them to your bucket list. If you have, you know what I mean. Service, however, can make getting the donuts much more of an ordeal at this location than it should be. Every time I have gone into the store, service is somber at best. I am rarely greeted with anything other than What do you want? Southern hospitality is definitely not on display at this location. My latest trip involved the drive through. The hot donuts now sign was on, but I had a coupon for a dozen assorted donuts. Feeling adventurous, I told the worker to just give me a good assortment of donuts. Granted, I did not provide any direction, just a good assortment. There were five different types of donuts in the box I received. Two jelly filled, two that looked like jelly filled but had no filling, two chocolate iced with cream filling, two birthday cake filled, and four pink icing with sprinkles. Did I mention the hot donuts now sign was on? So, I 've learned. Don 't expect anything from the workers here other than the bare minimum. Management seems unaware or unconcerned. The donuts are still wonderful. Just don 't expect anything more.
