However the main course carvery was really disappointing only carrot and green beans roast potatoes, the meat (beef was over cooked and bland, as was the pork the gravy had gone cold and gloopy and almost jellified, also no Yorkshire puddings which is always a necessity on a roast !! (They hadn’t run out there just wasn’t any! sadly the cutlery we had for our starter wasn’t replaced nor was there any at the servery, so I asked one of the waiters for some fresh, sadly it took him ages to replace it, and by then the food had turned cold, and honestly not edible, cold gloopy gravy was proper jelly by then and tasteless! puddings there was a good selection and were ok. On the whole very disappointing.
Beautiful interior and the the staff were lovely. The mezze is incredibly generous and great value for money. Delicious food. We came with two young children and they were very welcoming. Highly recommended. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Definitely the best tavern I have been to in Cyprus. We were a party of 2 and ordered 2 meze. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, large portions, always served hot, and we were even served extra food that was not on the menu. The prices are very reasonable. The highlight of the evening was the loukoumades! We cannot wait to go again. Service: Dine in
