Slim Chickens - Katy

Kept see the commercials for their new Crafted Chicken Sandwiches, late night on Pluto TV. No judgment. In any case, they really looked amazing and the commercial claims they are cooked for perfection. Well, I didn't want to leave this claim untested, so I tried it on a rainy Saturday afternoon. When I try to get new food or new restaurants, I want to get a few things from the menu to really get an idea of how the rest of the menu works. I ordered three sandwiches, the chicken club, the buffalo ranch and the classic chicken. All three were really cooked for perfection! Full taste, juicy, but not drop with fat. The rolls were also fluffy and tasteful. Well, although they were all three delicious in their own right, none of them was particularly clear from the other. That means the $4.00 Classic was almost inevitable from the $7 Club and Buffalo Ranch. I will definitely need another round of Craft Chicken Sandwiches to try the BBQ chicken sandwich.... but I think the next time I want a regular style chicken sandwich, I will just order the classic sandwiches and add things as I long them; Pickles, tomatoes, sauces, etc overall, Slim Chickens is legit! Very good food.

Happy Father's Day for all fathers out there including Dexter and his staff team who work hard to serve us today at Slim Chickens. We had a pretty decent order for eight people. Before we even fill our drinks, they had made our 30 pieces of stripes, fried pimples, two waffle combs and big frits and ready for us to eat. Also about that he had to go with all the different ways we wanted to try the different sauces and had them ready to go. Dexter and his staff are politely professional and fast. I would recommend to everyone to come and enjoy a nice meal at the Slim chickens.

This was my first time to eat here and will definitely not be the last. Both my order of offers and the pommes were perfectly seasoned and cooked for perfection. In addition, they offer a variety of diving sauces that are tasteful with very little aftertaste. During my next visit I plan to use their dessert options because I have heard from others that they are delicious and worth any calories.

Good food and good service. Eat for the first time at Slim Chickens. Clean restaurant and bathroom. I'd eat there again. I had the strips with the Inferno sauce. The inferno sauce was quite hot, but also had a good taste.

Went in around 6:20 to grab some food. Not busy at all, very great service with kind staff! Food came out fresh in about 5 minutes and probably the best wrap i’ve had! Also, the fried pickles NEVER MISS! They’re always so good!
