I have been a loyal customer for many years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Dining in, the average cost per person is between £10-£20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Tikka and Chutneys.
Came in here last week as a group of 9. The food was amazing! Staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially to me as I have a nut and coconut allergy which can be a pain but the waiter I had (Raj) was recommending dishes and had them prepared to my specific spice level which was really kind of him. Top stars!! Dietary restrictions: I have a nut and coconut allergy so the waiter I had (Raj) was recommending dishes and had them prepared to my specific spice level which was really kind of him.
A great curry house, always good food and friendly service, we have visited several times in 2023 and will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Went on banquet night, I hadn't realised, it was rammed, all night. They let me have a reserved table for a while, which was fine. As every time I've been there, food was very good a fresh tasting. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Disability accessible. Ground floor entrance. Toilets on the ground floor. Staff welcoming and excellent hosts, they were very attentive and we felt well cared for.. Clean and well organised. The food is fresh, delicious, and has a good portion. We had more than we could manage, and they provided takeaway trays so we could take it home. There are lots of options for vegetarians. They will also tailor your curry to your taste, i.e., add chillies, make it more spicy or hot for you. The best bit was the trays that were provided with the poppadoms. The variety of choices and flavours were really good. Best chutneys and presentation ever. The restaurant is on the main road with bus stops, which is good. They provide takeaways and plenty of seating for cosy small tables or large groups. We went early so and it was not full but it got busier as the evening went on. One thing I like is to listen to is Indian music, which adds to my experience of the culture and atmosphere. However, the music was cheesy pop like Taylor Swift, but it was not distracting. Thank you for the complimentary liquor and chocolates at the end of our meal. Vegetarian options: I had the Korai and my son had a vegetable Phal which they made to order. Onion bhajees and sag also good.
