サービスゼロのお店！　The restaurant without service. 妊娠中の妻が女性専用の駐車場に停めたら「レストランを利用しないなら停めるな！」 と、正直びっくりする発言のスタッフ。when my pregnant wife parks at parking area only for women, the staff of this restaurant said "do not park here if you don 't come to the restaurant. Who said we 're not going to the restaurant. 更にメニューが来るまでに1時間以上待たせて、謝りの言葉もなし！and it took more than 1hour for our order without apology. 水道水のピッチャーに4Euro請求してきた恐るべきお店です。ここへ行くならマクドナルへ行くほうが断然マシ。 And they charged 4 Euro for a pitcher of TAP water!!!! McDonald 's is much much better than here. 店員は高飛車、高いくせに美味くない。完全に見掛け倒しの店、絶対に行ってはいけません。 the staffs are snob, this restaurant looks a bit gorgeous but the truth is TFB! Don 't go this restaurant!!!!!

The one great thing about this restaurant is its location, which on a sunny day is beautiful. However, most of Cologne knows this, so if the sun is shining, you'll be lucky to get a seat. If you are among the lucky ones, you'll then sit waiting for a long time to get served, and it won't be service with a smile. The restaurant itself has seen better days some time around 1970, which appears to be the last time any money was spent on it.

Terrible Service, never again. Disgusting Food plus Really unfriendly personell. They even yelled at me without a reason. Never Had such a bad experience with a „restaurant“.

Had a nice evening meal for two in a charming lakeside setting. Service was discreet and efficient without being oppressive. Wine was good and a nice meal rounded off with one of the subtlest Mousse au Chocolats I've tasted in a long time. Will definitely go there again

War mit der Familie Sonntag da.Im Sommer bei schönem Wetter ist viel los, und wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, kann sein dass man weit weg parken muss.Der Kuchen ist lecker und die Bedienung sehr freundlich.Man kann sein Besuch mit einem Spaziergang entlang der Kanal kombinieren, die Natur ist schön da.
