It was very busy in the front restaurant due to a Christmas reception of a local company, but we were welcomed in a different part of this well-kept restaurant. We had the 4 course menu with appetizer. Start with a brightly colored braided bun with hummus and spicy yoghurt dip, fine. Amuse was a beautifully presented crispy profiterole with mandarin mousse. It lacked the kick you look for in an amuse bouche. Then a delicious starter of pumpkin with prawns that provided plenty of excitement. On the other side a nice starter of celeriac. Main course supreme of farm chicken with sauerkraut and truffle gravy, beautifully laid out plate, excellent flavors. Also a main course of fried plaice fillet with fennel and ratatouille, a somewhat lean main course. After we had the Green Godess and the exotic dream. Both beautiful slates with neatly presented cakes and delicious ice cream. Service excellent; nice, attentive ladies and the chef who comes to the table. All in all, highly recommended, very well-kept, attractive place with attentive service, where we will come back again.
