Didn’t listen to my order and then told me I was wrong. Paid $8 for a drink I didn’t want.

I just want to take a moment and say that the Starbucks inside King City Onroute provides exceptional customer experience. Komathy always greets me with a smile.I come here every morning for my cup of coffee and the service is beyond exceptional.Thank you Komathy for all of your hard work!

The starbucks inside the on- route do not accept Starbucks rewards, Starbucks app, Amex. Moreover, they did not have topics for drinks. I was told the store is privately owned, and they have their own rules (they do whatever they want). Isn't Starbucks a franchisees business and therefore all Starbucks should have same rules, standarized products?

From the Starbucks inside the main building. Ordered 2 cold chai lattes as large as they had. With light ice. Got 2 large cups of milk with ice.....very disappointed.
