Terra - Thornhill

We dined 'al fresco' on a beautiful late summer evening and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff were very professional and attentive, as they brought delicious food, expertly prepared, for us to devour which we did! Even the owner, Michael, checked in on us from time to time and we enjoyed our pleasant and interesting conversations with him. A wonderful night out all around great job Terra

It was a great choice to meet someone for a business dinner

Overall, I was very disappointed in the restaurant. It was very expensive, but the food was flavourless and even the chicken was undercooked, and red inside. But the most disappointing part was the service: the waiters were arrogant. It was my father’s birthday, and we looked forward to getting a cake with a candle to celebrate. However, when we went to order dessert, the waiter told us that the kitchen was closed and surprisingly she didn’t let us know that the kitchen was going to be closed. This usually happens at any restaurant, where patrons have the option to order before the kitchen closes

The food was delicious and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others

Server was excellent Food was delicious However, food took WAY too long to be delivered after our order. Not sure what happened and I would say this is unusual for this restaurant having eaten there once before. But very disappointing
