Today, I found the staff at your Soong branch to be very unprofessional. They were very rude and answered the telephone while taking orders. They did not even say "thank you." Please improve your customer service.

Slow service, employee are not tentative, bad experience with crew, no greetings, no hospitality.

It took too long for them to answer my call. I ended up ordering from another pizza place that was much more responsive.

Manage your expectations. minutes is equal to hours on them.
