Pho Saigon 8 - Las Vegas Strip

Always great service and welcoming employees. Food is also pretty good! Typical Pho Saigon 8 location in a suburban part of town. Great Thai tea too!

Love!!! My favorite Pho location. They never disappoint. The food is great! Staff is cordial. There's nothing bad to say. My faves, egg rolls, potstickers, pho no meat and vegetable, shrimp fried rice, and their vermicelli dishes. ENJOY!!

Wonderful clean interior, fast and attentive service and just great food all the way around.

We went back and this time they are offering itemized bills. I did not like their previous one line Pay This bill.The service is great the Pho great but what keeps me coming back is their vegan Spring Rolls. The shrimp spring rolls are OK, but the smooth creamy vegan Spring Rolls are amazing.

What a great spot especially for the northwest to have a delicious Vietnamese dine in restaurant with really good vegan options! Had the veggie pho and the broth was super good, and flavorful, nice amount of veggies and very good fried tofu and it was piping hot just the way I like it. However the only miss for me were the noodles, they smelled odd. The vegan egg rolls though...just pure delish. The vegan spring rolls were good too with a great peanut dipping sauce, but would've liked more basil in it. I'm definitely coming back and asking for less noodles next time. If they had a vegan fried rice and vegan Thai tea this would be my favorite spot for sure!
