Cakes Plus - Laurel

I absolutely love my cake. I tried them out per my friend?s suggestion I am so happy I did. Their customer service is amazing I had an issue come up where I wouldn?t be able to pick the order up at the time I selected and the change was very last minute on my part. They worked with me and I was able to get the order as I would rather come to pick it up as soon as they open versus canceling the order. Great place more than likely will be my new cake cupcake destination.

I ordered a custom cake from Cakes Plus for my dads 60th birthday party. I specifically asked for a carved 6 and 0. I even emailed cakes plus examples of what I wanted just to be clear. When I picked up the cake I was extremely disappointed. The cake was NOT what I asked and paid for. The green and white cake is what Cakes Plus made and the blue and white is an example of what I wanted. In addition, they spelled my dads name wrong. Thankfully they were able to fix

I love Cakes Plus. They are always consistent. The cakes/cupcakes taste and look great. They recently did a sheet cake for my niece's Clue themed 16th birthday party. I dealt with several of the employees while placing the order and they were all superb. I also had several changes which they accommodated with no problem. Teresa suggested doing an icing print of the game on the cake since I was on a budget. It worked out beautifully and everyone loved it.

Very happy with the birthday cake that Cakes Plus made for our daughter?s birthday. The cake was identical to the picture we shared with them, and the only thing we needed to add ourselves was the cake topper and candles. Ordering and pickup was a breeze and the cake tasted amazing. Thank you for your part in helping us celebrate our daughter!

Cakes Plus new location is very big, clean and well lit with the same great customer service that we were use to. Its just nice to make my selections get cashed out and not be standing on top of the next customer(especially in this COVID environment). The other plus with the new location for me is the parking, the old locations parking lot was always congested big difference with the new location. Great move, Cakes Plus not only did they make enhancements for their staff
