Dunkin' - Lawrence

This is one of the best Dunkins in the area. I am new since early August drinking Dunkin lattes instead of Sbucks and the people at the Marston Street Lawrence location are so nice, helpful and friendly every time I go in. Each time I am in the manager andstaff go out of their way to be helpful. So much appreciated! Thank you!!

The staff are always wonderful—so friendly and they consistently get my order right. However, this morning while I was waiting in the car at the drive-thru, I witnessed an older man (who I assume is the manager) yelling at one of the employees, and it was really upsetting to see. I've never had any issues at this Dunkin', especially not with this manager before.

They were very pleasant and cordial drinks and food were made in good timely fashion

Luis was closing tonight when I just visited. This cat just gave me and my buddy the best Dunks experience! Give this man a raise! #sayless

When I ordered from them through Uber Eats, it was a terrible experience. My order was completely wrong. They don't pay attention to what they put in the bags, and it seems like they don't care about their customers at all. They’re just in it for the paycheck. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here unless you want to take your chances.
