Colette Bakery Bistro - Lebanon

I bought several savory and sweet pastries for the fam this morning as well as a mocha. The pastries were to die for flaky buttery goodness and the mocha was the perfect balance of sweet to not be cloying like the big chain places make them. The owner was friendly and efficient. Will definitely go back on my next trip to Lebanon.

The pastries were amazing. The coffee was delicious. The customers were friendly as was the staff. Everyone who walked in while I was there said they truly love this place. There is comfy seating inside and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping by for a quick bite or to hang out with a friend!

Truly one of the best bakeries I have been to in a long time. The owner baked us fresh baguettes and cookies to bring home, and they were great. We also got a chocolate croissant and almond croissants that tasted like we bought them in a Bakery in France. I will definitely return to Colette’s when I am here again (from Alaska! .

Don't shut down. Stay open. I live in Oregon as well. We need more examples of business to take a stand.
