I’m a big fan of quesadillas and tortillas, so I visited the best restaurant near my home. The ambiance features beautifully decorated walls and neatly arranged tables. It’s clean, sanitized, and well-ventilated. I ordered a couple of chicken tacos and chicken quesadillas, and everything was delicious and served promptly. The food was incredibly tasty. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the service was well-managed and cheerful.
This is my second visit to Ale Taco, and both times the service has been quick and friendly. This time, the menu was much easier to understand. The pastor and chicken tacos were excellent, and the red and green salsas served with the tacos had fantastic flavors. I wanted to love the chips and salsa, but the salsa wasn’t spicy enough for me, and the refried beans were quite watery. However, this won't deter me from returning; I'll just opt for a different side next time!
My favorites include: For breakfast, the chorizo breakfast tacos with cheese and sour cream—the chorizo is incredibly flavorful! For lunch or dinner, I recommend the pastor tacos on flour tortillas. The pork is perfectly seasoned, juicy, and has that amazing caramelization with a delightful little char here and there. OMG!
Absolutely delicious and generous portions. I ordered the pastor bowl and the meat was tender and well-seasoned. They also have in-house sauces (mild and spicy) to add to your meal. Their desserts also looked spectacular, but I was stuffed.
