I'd heard this was the best spot in town for a burrito, and the staff certainly backed up that claim. I opted for a rice bowl while the others chose burritos. They were running low on some ingredients and local beers due to an earlier event, but it wasn't a major issue. The staff was friendly and engaging. We decided to take our meals outside so they could clean up and get ready to close. Service: Dine-in.
This restaurant is reminiscent of Chipotle, but even better. The food is served hot, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. They provide a wider variety of filling options than Chipotle, including hibiscus tea, which I absolutely love and haven’t seen anywhere else. Their menu features burritos, bowls, quesadillas, and a kid's menu. I've been there several times and will definitely keep coming back. Our total for a large quesadilla and burrito was $27 for both of us. It’s truly a fantastic place!
This restaurant is similar to Subway, but instead, you can choose from tacos, burritos, or bowls instead of sandwiches. We arrived around 5 PM on a Tuesday, and the atmosphere felt a bit like they were winding down for the night. We paid $32 for two meals, but we left feeling somewhat disappointed. This may be partly my fault due to my selection, but my vegetarian burrito was cold and didn’t feel like a filling dinner. The brown rice for both of our meals was crunchy, which made me wonder if it was undercooked or had been left out too long. The music was quite loud on the patio and only slightly quieter inside. However, the restroom was clean, and the staff were friendly.
We stopped by for lunch and ordered a veggie burrito and a veggie bowl. The food was fresh and delicious, reminiscent of Chipotle or Qdoba. I also tried an iced coffee, but I'm not sure if it was vegan, as it had a flavor similar to Bailey's Irish Cream. They have a variety of bottled alcoholic drinks available. The restrooms were clean as well.
I appreciated the ambiance and the staff at this restaurant. It was helpful to know that the pinto beans contained pork and were therefore not vegan. Although the rice was somewhat bland, the overall meal was satisfactory.
